Introduction to Aerial Workshop

To ensure safety, all new students are required to take our Introduction to Aerial Workshop, which is held every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required.

In your Introduction to Aerial Circus Workshop, you’ll experience an innovative class that mimics circus performance techniques in a safe and structured environment. The certified instructors are committed to safety on every level. All students start by learning skills low to the ground, giving them the opportunity to explore confidently. Using the fabric as either a hammock or spit silks, the maneuvers and poses build strength, balance, and flexibility.

Reserve Your Spot for an Upcoming Workshop

For your workshop, please wear tight-fitting workout clothing, with shirts that cover your underarms and can be tucked in. On the bottom, wear tight-fitting exercise pants (like running tights) or shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the ankle. We will be flying around so don’t forget to bring your water.

Please fill out and PRINT the Aerial Athlete Medical Waiver BEFORE attending your first Aerial workshop or class.
